NO! Do NOT use a 15 to 15 DE-15 with all wires connected! Or at your own risk... You should only connect AUX, BND0-4, Key line and ground. Get an AUX-Cable from Elecraft for maximum confort. Y-Cables are NOT suitable for this purpose, as stated in a previous e-mail. You must daisy chain K3 -> KAT500 -> KPA500 with TWO (original!) AUX cables. If not, you'll have to send RF for both to tune.
