Hi Keith, This type of transplant takes more preparation then meets the eye. For example, the Sub RX also includes the addition of a KSYN3 board and an AUX DSP board. Forgetting to install either of those two boards could create some of errors you are seeing. Then there are other things to check and/or change on the existing K3 boards. Similarly, the donor K3 might have to have some things unchanged once this handful of parts has been removed.
