1.14 is the current production version. 1.16 was used internally to try to discover more about an issue that was resolved another way. There will be a 1.18 in the next week or so.
The AutoTune threshold issue seems to be in the KAT500 Utility. There is an equivalent ST command that you can enter with the command tester. I'll work on this as soon as I can. I'm in the midst of a move from house to house and I'm juggling a few balls at the moment.
