Apparently this group is set up so that Replies go only to the individual, not the Group. That doesn't seem commensurate with expecting that replies will help others with similar problems. Which Is the intent?
Also it would help everyone if A. Replies included some of the text to which they are replying so as to make sense of the comment, and B. only enough of previous posts was included to make the new point, rather than Pages of prior posts. But that's preaching to the choir, and the same happens on All internet forums.
