That's strange, just tried it. Took DATA A for example, set a width and shift. Went to BSET, set a different shift and BW, went back to the main receiver, set link for the sub mode and issued the commands you mentioned. It reset the main receiver but not the sub. So WinWarbler must do something like an A>B without you knowing it.
