Note that Capital letters are slower to transmit in the PSK
family of modes due to the way Varicode
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varicode> is defined. While
sending all caps makes PSK look like RTTY, it is noticeably
slower than using mixed case or all lower case.
