Hello, I just completed assembly of my K3/100 with subrx and 2.8khz, 400hz and 250hz filters in each rcvr. Very impressive rig.
On the main rcvr, while tuning across the 40m band, I get a "dead spot" about every 5khz, thats about 1/2 khz wide. I would say any signals are attenuated at least 20 db. The interval varies from band to band. It seems to do it on all bands to a varying degree. The problem does not show up on the sub rcvr... any thoughts? I was going to try and remove the sub rx and see if that has any affect. Jim N9TK
