Any guidance on the artifacts I am seeing with the P3? I have the problem that has been discussed in detail. When I tune to certain frequencies, I will get a "blip" on the screen that is 5-6 dB above the noise and I have the classic artifact that is ~3 kHz wide and 4-5 dB above the noise floor, that is just below the tuned frequency. I have the ribbon cable dressed to the LHS of the chassis and the coax on the RHS (when looking at the P3 display).
I have tried 31 material chokes on the coax with no apparent change. Did I miss a solution that was published before? If so, I am sorry for the use of the bandwidth. If someone could direct me to the specific post, I would appreciate it.
