I would not think that 34 degC should be any cause for concern. In fact, I would not be concerned unless it got over 40 degC. Most devices are rated for an operating free-air temperature up to at least 70 degC, and that is quite hot (158 degF). In general, if you can hold your hand on a device for 5 minutes or more, the temperature is OK.
