During the early 70's through the late 90's, when I was doing QRQ, there were only between 20 and 50 individuals running QSO's over 60 wpm and there were about 10 of us running QSO's over 100 wpm. All sending by keyboard and all receiving only by ear. Then there is the HSC in Germany who had a rather large membership of QRQ operators.
