The standard monitor setting has noticeable DSP processing delay, and that’s probably what you’re hearing. There is a “fast” monitor setting (you’ll have to RTFM, I don’t recall sitting in front of the TV exactly in the Menus the setting is made) that will speed up the processing and eliminate the “echo” effect.
