$999? Must have been a big item, Slava!

We all have frustrations of this nature from time to time. When I was assembling my KX3 I came across a bad part (or possibly I made it bad). That was on a Friday afternoon, and by the time I called the last mail had gone out. So my replacement arrived 5 days later, the following Wed. Very frustrating, given I'm only 300 miles from Elecraft. It was one of those parts you could not work beyond, and also one unavailable in any local hardware stores (and I have lots of those).

But once the package arrives the frustrations end, fortunately :-)

I chose UPS Ground.
Funny thing is i actually tried every choice in that drop-down.
USPS Priority came out to $999 or some ridiculous number.

Did you choose next day, or 2nd day " Delivery" ????

Did you choose the "Cheapest" option that was available?

Hi everyone!
Sorry if i'm venting, but how come even the tiniest packages from Elecraft take
full 7 days to arrive via UPS Ground?
1 pound package via UPS Ground, for almost $17 shouldn't take this long, should
it?
I understand this isn't Amazon Prime, but come on, 7 days?
