I choose the easiest way for me and bought an interface named SUCCI-R
which you can buy via ebay.com

It uses only one USB-Port and you have CW-keying, PTT and more
(opto-isolated). Now I can work with my KX3
with the same software (Win-Test, Windows 8.1) like with my K3. You need
only one additional cable from
this interface to the key-input of the KX3.
