Jim You should be able to get the drivers from the download section of the Elecraft site

I go into the device manager and it says a driver has not been installed. I tell it to update the driver, it goes out to the Internet, but returns nothing. Any ideas? Right now, I am trying to get it to work with my Toshiba laptop running Windows 8.
