13 ounces (the limit for First Class Postal service packages) is 0.8125 pounds, so it might be possible to -mail- the new board and not use UPS. The postal service would be cheaper, but you'd have to add insurance, so the price might be a toss-up vs. UPS. If the board would fit into a small Priority Mail box, (likely), the cost would be less than First Class.
