Actually Priority Mail travels as first class and the flat rate boxes and envelopes are good for up to 70 lbs. Comes with tracking. The limitation is size. The envelopes and small box are under $6. Where they can be a real bargain is if you need to mail something to Alaska or Hawaii. Same price as across town.
$50 insurance is included, $200 is $3.30.
