I bought a nice not so expensive set of hand tools from Morse Express,
The Solomon solder iron from Circuit specialists, and a "Helping Hands"
fixture somewhere that I never used, and a cheap effective wire stripper
from Jameco. These purchases were made over a period of several years. I
think Circuit Specialists have a good price on larger lots of solder.
Mouser is good too and I have bought a lot from them over the years.
Also Electronix Express.
