On a whim, I decided to order the SSB upgrade capacitor kit for my K2 Serial
#4331 as I never have been happy with the SSB audio.
While trying to decipher the tech sheet (installation instructions) I notice
that it shows no caps in place for CB and CN. It was my understanding that
Serial 4331 should have a 2.4 filter setup. My crystals are marked with the
"4.9136-S", so I am assuming its a late kit.
I just pulled out MY manual and it shows installing CB and CN and does not
look like the manual on the Elecraft site that says to leave them out. I
have no erata sheet with my K2 stuff.
So I am wondering if Elecraft just shipped me an old manual??
Anything else I should look for that has changed between manual revisions?
