Monitors, Supplies, poorly constructed LED light supplies (built into bulbs) in my personal experience are great sources of noise. I find them easy to figure out using my P3 when the level is low and then one by one eliminated potential sources. An LED lit TV used as a monitor is one of the low level issues I have found.
