Well ... if your control position and the remote are in the same house,
you could run a length of RG-58 from the remote K3S IF output to the P3
near the K3/0 where you can see the screen.
That won't work for me, my control site is about 60 km +/- from the
remote that actually makes the RF and has all the antennas. Washoe and
Storey counties won't give me an easement. [:-)

Not true; the P3 can remain on (it will turn on if you have the power
for the P3 supplied by the K3s). However, you won’t have access to
the P3 screen and buttons from the K3/O-Mini operating position in
the other room. This means of course that there isn’t much point
having the P3 on anyway if using the K3/0-Mini in the other room.
