----------------------- There's the popular "stealth" approach of putting up a TV antenna with suitable guy wires to ensure it is a proper, safe installation. Who cares that the guy wires are actually the legs of one or more dipoles with the coax feeder(s) following the mast down? Even if the TV mast is only 5 feet or so high, it's still a huge improvement over most indoor installations and, assuming you don't need a TV antenna, you can mount a small beam on top and get on VHF with one of the Elecraft transverters hooked to your K2!
