I rolled my own. Normally open push button switch built into an old 35mm film container a hunk of RG-174 coax and a 1/4 inch jack. You could spend a ridiculous amount of money and get the official Heil switch which was built into a pistol grip.

All I have been able to find online are nurse call buttons – which I suppose would work but the big red cross on the button is off-putting, and because they are made for use in a hospital environment they are expensive.
