When I was assembling my K3 I droppped a pair of sidecutters on one of the boards and knocked a surface mount cap off of the board. When I emailed support telling them which cap I had lknocked they not only told me to go ahead and make a temp repair with a leaded part AND sent me new board in the mail with a return label for the original board. My cost $0.00. Nobody does it better!
