You mean that in WSJT-X's Settings window under the Audio tab, it won't let you select the K3S's USB Audio Codec for input or output? That's not how I read your message, but if that is the case, then you may have fallen victim to a recent Windows 10 "improvement".
In the Windows 10 Settings window, choose Privacy. Then on the left side, choose Microphone. A setting called "Let apps use my microphone" should appear. Turn this to On.
