No, you are not the only person who uses a Mac with their Elecraft equipment and macOS utilities. Elecraft is aware of the 32 bit limitation, and so is the developer of the KX3 app for macOS. I expect 64 bit versions of all Elecraft utilities will be released before the general release of the next OS, assuming the pre-release developer versions have 32 bit support removed.
