Good afternoon, Jim… Do not be embarrassed. I’m a newly-minted operator and have all kinds of mistakes yet to be made. I can say that I have a lot of experience with computers and cannot tell you how many times the question “is it plugged in?” should have been the first things I checked. I will not estimate the number of hours spent troubleshooting that particular problem.
