Who ... me? It seems like foreign territory to fall into that category after spending most of my 50 ham years on the other end of the stick.
When I retired a couple years ago, and decided to get serious about ham radio again, I managed to successfully run for a seat on our HOA Board (it's easy ... nobody wants the job). Eventually I was able to get our very strict guidelines changed to allow "reasonable" outside antennas for licensed amateurs. And so far, no complaints on my setup.
