I'm looking over on a rack at our K2, serial #1641. My partner Maggie K3XS and I built it many many moons ago. It's still kickin' to this day, though the battery pack bit the big one a few years ago. But it works just fine from a Talentcell battery pack I got from Amazon, it just has to be kept outside the case, as it has a power switch and LEDs, and will drain if left on where it can't be reached. It's no big deal, the Talentcell pack weighs almost nothing. It was a fun build, though I dreamed about winding toroids for a week afterward, hi hi.
