"Can you tell me where to start looking?" A report of a similar event was posted just a few weeks ago. Some of us were assuming it was a KPA500 failure but it turned out to be a failure of the input AC voltage.
Is AC power present? Does the KPA500 power up if connected to a known good power outlet?
