Raj, There are two ways to deal with this.
First you can use DIGOUT1 to key an external relay which controls where the common PTT goes, either to an HF amp or a 2m amp. In the menu, set DIGOUT1 to on for 2m only. A small, low current 12v relay connected between 12VDC and pin 11 on the 15pin HD connector on the back. Let the common of the relay go to the PTT jack, NC to your HF amp and NO to your 2m amp. Second is DIGOUT0 which when KIO3 is set to TRN or HF-TRN goes low when you select a transverter band (anything about 6m). This could also key a small 12v relay to steer PTT the proper direction.
