Yeah...normally it takes a 4-hour series of phone calls, half of them involving screaming invective, closing a bank account, and getting a credit card replaced just to get RID of a Comcast/Xfinity account. I know, I had to do it when we switched to Verizon FIOS the day it became available at our location.
If you have any other option besides them, do yourself the favor of signing up with that other option.
