I got scammed on PayPal, sent something that wasn’t even close to what I paid 
for. The seller in China offered to refund half of the cost. I refused. PayPal 
ignored my further complaints and I got zero refund. It was only $30, but 
PayPal clearly had zero interest in consumer protection.
