I do Windows here, so I can't help much, but I did look at the screenshot
for iSpectrum on the web and it looks like it could do the job for you.  The
waterfall display seems to include a spectrum display, so what you need to
do is determine the frequency that matches your sidetone pitch (on the
horizontal axis), then feed wideband noise into the K2 - adjust the BFO
frequency so the center of the passband displayed occurs at your chosen
sidetone pitch - similar to using Spectrogram.

Of course pushing the right buttons to obtain a display like the screenshot
may be your biggest problem, and in that case, I can offer no help.

If you can obtain a display similar to that shown in the screenshot, you
should be able to make it work.
