Low and High on SSB is also in the perception of the listener. If you think they are on a specific freq. and tune using that then you may be off. I listen to nets where the net control can be off 50-70 Hz and I tune accordingly. Some "lids" think they are right on all the time... :-)

Now it appears to be better, but there is still something wrong:. This morning I was able to work KH6BB (USSS Missouri, Pearl Harbour, Hawaii) on 18m and got in the first time. Op Lee reported that I was "off frequency" and "too low." Any idea what to check for?
