Jean-Francois The main thing to remember about any amplifier, is that it will amplify your IMD and other unwanted signals spurii and harmonics, just like the rest.
The K2 is IMHO a great QRP radio with a par excelence receiver. Beyond that, there is a law of diminishing return and no free lunches. The good, the bad and the ugly, fact of life. Unfortunately!
