I notice that 99% of the inane or grumpy or off-topic postings to this list
come from the same ten or twelve people. Everyone knows who they are. They
seem unable to resist putting their two cents in on every thread, no matter
how ridiculous the topic. They are a tiny percentage of Elecrafters. The
rest of us are wearing out our delete keys. I sometimes wonder why these
guys would rather sit in front of a computer writing e-mails than working
someone on the bands. What do they need a K3 or K2, etc. for?

Subject: RE: [Elecraft] How do I unsubscribe?
I am amazed at how much operating time people are prepared to devote
to trivial and irrelevant discussions. Typically recently a couple
of us raised the point about adding ACS to the K3 internal keyer.
This is something which has been available for over 20 years in K0II,
Logikey, and ETM and now K1EL designs, yet it generated a whole
string of negative comments then a history of el-keyers.
Yeah I agree. For example, look at how much discussion is generated as a
result of a misdirected unsub request from an AOL user. :-)
