I understand about the delays and like others here, want to see this done
right. I'm not really complaining, just a little frustrated, as I'm sure you
are too. I understand these delays are not of your making.

However, this was to be my birthday present (20-July) , then my Wedding
Anniversary present (tommorrow), please don't let it be my XMAS present!
