APCO "10" Codes. These codes are used by police. Each code represents a
phrase. ... 10-8 "In Service"
As a previous APCO member, I would stress that the organization attempts to
appeal to all public safety communications offices (Hence the term APCO)
the K3 should be 10-8 " in service" at least according to APCO ( cops)....
Probably better than announcing an October 4th. ship date (10-4).
