Dave, Our postal system has undergone some signifigant changes recently, with many rate increases, lots of size-related rate changes, etc.
I do considerable eBay selling and all the overseas rates have changed along with allowable package sizes, etc. I suspect the shipping folks at Elecraft are going through a learning process, too.
