I should have stated that, other than names and two pictures, that was the entirety of the report I received.
Also, as Don pointed out, there's undoubtedly a lot more to the story than the short summary report I was forwarded, so it's still left up to the individual user to decide for themselves. I still haven't decided if I'll use it or not.
