Any good quality headset made for computer use will work just fine. You
literally can plug-and-play into the jacks on the back of the rig. I
hooked up a foot switch and alternate between that and vox with ease
using a very inexpensive set of headphones I bought from AllElectronics.

I'm looking into buying a headset for the eventual arrival of my K3.
There is a regular ad in QST for an outfit in California that looks
interesting. It is Warren Gregoire & Associates and I wonder if anyone
in the group has any knowledge of how well this unit performs. If the
Heil headset is head and shoulders above this one I could wait and get
it later but if this one would be adequate I'd consider it now.
