I have just tried the VOX, and I have noticed it as well. I turned the VOX gain up to 100 and it did then in fact TX, but I too had to speak quite loudly to get it to hold. I very rarely use VOX, so it would have been quite some to most likely before I would have noticed that. I am sure this will be repaired soon.
