Using the K3 Utility's Configuration tab, click "Configure Crystal Filters" (maybe it's Edit Crystal Filters) and verify that the filters you have chosen for Tx CW and Tx SSB are your 2.7 filter in slot 2.

The dummy load I'm using I verified that it is close to 1 to 1 .
