Is it supposed to do that? The CW Terminal Memories are edited and saved by selecting "CW Terminal Memories..." under the "Edit" menu at the top of the display. Make sure the "CW" radio button is selected on the Terminal page. These "message memories" (CW, RTTY and PSK) are for storing frequently used messages for use with the terminal. They are not the K3's CW messages described in the Elecraft K3 Owner's Manual. Use "Edit CW Memories" under the Configuration tab to edit and save the K3's CW Memories. Messages typed into the Terminal window itself are not saved upon exit.
