I have K3 #757. It was running fine on firmware 3.14. I tried to load the 3.19 Beta version. The MCU load completed OK. It then failed on the FPF load with the following messages:
--------------- FPF firmware file hfpf0100.hex verified Erasing flash memory Sending firmware file hfpf0100.hex to FPF Send FPF firmware failed at load address x03C0 GetLastError returns 0xe2000012 "NACK retry limit has been exhausted" state 30 FPF firmware load failed --------------- I powered off and tried again with the same results. I downloaded 3.19 again and got the same results. I then tried several times to reload my saved version 3.14, but got the same error. The load address location is varies. I have seen x03C0, x0380, and x0350. I am using Elecraft Utility ver 1.2.3.18 on Windows XP with the Elecraft USB to RS232 cable.
