Good Evening,
Through a short break in the rain I can see the sun. The first sun to shine
in a few days. Rain varies from a drizzle to quite heavy. Tonight and
tomorrow are expected to be quite heavy once again. Yesterday it got heavy
enough so I was having a hard time hearing CW under my 'phones! Once before
the first net was interrupted by heavy rain. Not because of lightning but
because the roar on the roof was so very loud.
However, the propagation has been good this week with fine signals and very
little QSB. It was fine to have such nice copy while the weather kept me in
the house. It was cold but now it is warm enough to go hiking without a jacket
when the rain stops. I need some rain gear to allow me to hike during
inclement weather. Although now is not a good time to be hiking in the woods.
Deer season is in its fourth week with constant traffic driving back and forth
searching for game.

Please join us tomorrow evening.
