This does not work if one has a logging program that is using the K3's RS-232 port. As far as I know, no commonly used operating system permits more than one program to access a serial port at the same time which means that WSJT can not access the RTS/DTR lines. Note: it might be possible to use LP-Bridge or the freeware Enterlogic VSPE to "split" the hardware port into multiple virtual ports but there are some significant configuration and reliability issues with some logging software and port sharing. 73, ...
