No, it doesn't exist. I expected the utility to create it. I just changed the path in the 'Local folder' box. I don't know what error number 3 is, but I interpret the messages as meaning the utility couldn't find the files on the server. But then I never went to interpreter school.....
When it did work, it was after I manually created the folder. Can you verify that the folder must be created first?
