Steve, If you install the unmatched filters according to the IB, The 2 receivers will sound like they are slowly alternating between the two speakers or earphones. If you are using SSB then just set-up the filters using the average offset for both and you won't have that effect and save a $ or 2. I use a 2.8 KHz 8 Pole in the main and a 2.7 KHz 5 pole in the sub (set with 0.0 offset) with no ill effects. Don't know if it works well in CW. George AI4VZ
