I wouldn't call it a stupid question Rick, but it is not a product that would interest me. I often have two computers at my operating station to get the screen space that I want and am thinking about adding another monitor to this computer in addition to the 22" monitor that I am using. I don't want a panadapter that uses my computer screen or my computer hardware. There are several non-Elecraft options available for those who do prefer a computer solution. Now, wouldn't it be an idea if there was a version of the upcoming P3 *without display* *or soundcard*, but from where a cable could be connected to the computer's soundcard. We have already a nice, large PC monitor to show the panorama, a serial connection to the radio, and a mouse to click with. --Or is this a stupid question?
